We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Team Member to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. What You'll Do: Manage high volumes of payables and receivables with precision and efficiency. Prepare and deliver detailed client remittance reports. Conduct client and internal reconciliations at multiple levels. Play a key role in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and validation of internal controls. Communicate directly with financial services clients to address questions and provide updates. Partner with your teammates to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QuickBooks (preferred). Strengths: A keen eye for detail with exceptional accuracy in data entry and 10-key operations. Problem-solving skills that allow you to resolve issues independently and efficiently. Stellar time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities paired with a strong sense of teamwork. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and with clients.
