In this role, you will provide support to our employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include logistics and scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and light driving/delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Helping general manager with day to day tasks Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar Organize, Sort and dispatch driver packages Daily inventory and reports conduct orientation and onboard training Maintain an organized filing system must be punctual and able to start as early as 6am Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, administrative training is preferred but not required ambitious and innovative clean drivers record clean criminal record Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
