Christopher and Jessica Sinick. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable—and where team members feel supported, valued, and appreciated. We’re growing and looking for a friendly, motivated, organized individual to join our front office team as a Dental Receptionist Marketing Coordinator . What You’ll Do This role combines front desk excellence with marketing support , helping patients feel taken care of while also helping our practice continue to grow. Front Desk / Patient Experience Greet patients warmly and help create a great first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule flow Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Support new patient onboarding and patient communication Marketing Support Help coordinate and post content on social media (Facebook/Instagram) Assist with patient engagement and online reviews Support community involvement and internal marketing efforts Help capture simple photo/video content Who We’re Looking For You do not need dental experience. We’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic. ? Ideal qualities: Friendly, upbeat, and dependable Professional communication skills (phone, text, email) Organized and able to multitask Positive attitude and strong people skills Comfortable learning new systems and growing into the role Interested in marketing and social media (experience is a plus). ?
