Salary: $29.56–$30.43/hr $2.00/hr shift differential Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (occasional weekends) Location: West Middlesex, PA Benefits: Full benefits package About the Role This position supports equipment reliability by performing preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on production and utility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Support installation and startup of new equipment Complete work orders and document repairs accurately Follow safety, GMP, and quality standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Trade or technical school training preferred (electrical, PLC/HMI, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, plumbing, etc.) 4–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HVAC, and computer-controlled equipment Experience with motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment Ability to read technical drawings, charts, specifications, and wiring diagrams Ability to independently complete complex repairs and projects from planning through installation Basic computer skills required Forklift certification or ability to obtain Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Must be able to read, write, and speak English
