both in person and virtually. Our therapists partner closely with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver
evidence based, individualized support. We are committed to helping

their full potential. School Based Speech Language Pathologist
Position Summary As a School Based Speech Language Pathologist, you
will play a meaningful role in supporting students across grade
levels within an educational setting. You will conduct evaluations,
develop individualized therapy plans, and implement interventions
that strengthen communication skills and enhance students’ ability
to succeed in the classroom and beyond. General Information
Schedule: Full and Part time opportunities during school hours
approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pay Range: $30 to $50 per hour
School District: Kirtland Local Schools Work Schedule: 5 days per
week, up to 40 hours per week Daily Hours: 7 to 8 hours per day
What You’ll Do Provide speech language therapy services to an
assigned caseload Conduct educationally relevant evaluations and
document findings within Evaluation Team Reports Develop
measurable, educationally relevant goals within Individualized
Education Programs Present evaluation findings and therapy
recommendations in clear, family friendly language during IEP and
ETR meetings Monitor, document, and analyze student progress in
alignment with school timelines and procedures Maintain accurate
therapy minutes and manage report due dates Collaborate
consistently with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
to foster a positive and supportive learning environment Complete
required Medicaid billing in accordance with district procedures
What You’ll Bring Current Ohio licensure to practice Speech
Language Therapy Ohio Department of Education certification or
ability to obtain upon hire; CFY candidates are welcome to apply
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and intervention planning
skills Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary
school team Passion for helping children overcome communication and
educational challenges Commitment to continuous professional growth
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a Speech Language
Pathologist in a school or educational setting North Coast Therapy
