Stellantis's Software Organization (SWX) was created to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology. Main Responsibilities:Lead and perform the EMC and electrical test activities for complex electrical control units (ECUs) within the validation teamBuild Electrical Test Lab, and provide test engineering direction and oversight of testing of EMC Testing in the Test Lab; follow Laboratory Best Practices and safety protocolsTranslate Design Inputs into test design and test protocols, and support creation of system architecture and detailed design documentation.Develop and maintain system verification and integration planning documents, reports, requirements documents, and other related technical documentation while ensuring related international standards are appliedContribute to risk analysis activities for the product development including hazards analysis, Design FMEA, and Use FMEAIdentify and perform appropriate electrical tests to ensure continued compliance.Prepare electrical test environment and ensure test preconditions are met prior to formal testing activitiesVerify, including EMC / EMI / ESD / Radio tests, that system and electrical design meets all safety, regulatory and industry compliance standards, and codes while ensuring that related standards (IEC 60601, EN 300 328 and EN 300 330 etc.) are applied.Support review and approval of design and process changes as well as deviations related to new and existing ECUsCommunicate and collaborate with a wide range of project contributors and stakeholders spanning the organization, and external partners including technical leaders for product design, development, integration, testing, and reliability improvements.Provide technical expertise in investigation of validation issues, root cause analysis, mitigation, and corrective action plansActively engage with design community including component Engineers, chief engineers in developing solutions to urgent product issuesCommunicate clearly key technical validation risks, and impacts on program engineering milestonesAnalyze detailed data from validation tests, synthesize the results and summarizeParticipate in assembly, fitment, disassembly, and inspection of test articles.Track testing schedule, and report delays to managementSetup and manage EE validation lab.EOE/Disability/VeteranPDN-990b1603-ba79-4828-bb01-012021f6f3b6
