Job Description Job Description Summary The Granite Fabricator and Installer is required to hand grind and polish natural stone, using equipment such as saws, CNC, and other equipment as necessary and install the finished product. Employee handles stone in a safe manner and maintains cleanliness of the work area while meeting quality expectations. Reports to General Manager. Responsibilities Install countertops (granite, quartz, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail Measure, cut, and prepare countertops for sinks, faucets, and appliances Safely load, transport, and handle heavy countertop materials Read and follow installation instructions, layouts, and blueprints Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Communicate with team members and customers in a professional manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous countertop installation or construction experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) Strong problem-solving and measurement skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Compensation $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience Full–time, hourly position Paid Time Off 401K w/company match Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on a variety of projects Stable and growing company Collaborative and supportive work environment
