Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on appliance technology and repair techniques. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service calls. Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs. Offer maintenance advice to customers to prolong the life of their appliances. Requirements: Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
