Job Description Job Description In search of an experienced
Fabrication Shop Foreman for our fast-paced, safety minded shop in
Painesville, OH. This shop assembles and fabricates parts from
scratch based on concepts created in AutoCad. From metal canopies,
conveyors, maintenance platforms with handrails, ductwork to
intricately detailed gears and other parts. [ Duties ] Running and
supervising a custom metal fabrication/welding shop floor Manage a
team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and
resource allocation Develop new ideas and ways to implement
projects that focus on continuous improvement [Requirements ] 5
years of experience running and supervising a metal
fabrication/welding shop floor Have a strong understanding of
welding and how to manage it as a resource Must have an eye for
detail and carry out regularly scheduled quality control checks [
Details ] $70k - $90k a year Benefits (health insurance, 401k,
retirement plan, and paid vacations/holidays) Monday – Friday,
7am-3:30pm (Overtime required when necessary) To apply for this
