CNC Wire Bending Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the
manufacturing process by ensuring that wire bending operations are
executed with precision and efficiency. This position is
responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC wire
bending machines to produce high-quality components that meet
strict specifications. The operator will work closely with
engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot any issues
and implement improvements in the production process. Attention to

quality of the manufacturing operations. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating CNC

Technical certification in CNC machining or related field.
Experience with programming CNC machines. Responsibilities: Set up
and calibrate CNC wire bending machines according to production
specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal
performance and quality output. Perform routine maintenance and
troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime. Read and interpret
technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate wire
components. Collaborate with team members to meet production
