Job Description Job Description Summary: The Maintenace role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Duties / Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed. Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 6:00 am – 3:30 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods Work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
