Job Description:
Description:Working with a Mechanical/MEP contractor who is
searching for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with, at a
minimum, 5 years' experience. The successful candidate must be able
to plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities concerned with
construction projects. Participate in the conceptual development of
a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and
implementation. The Project Manager will be responsible from
concept inception to project completion. The successful candidate
should have the ability to work independently, as well as be part
of a team. They must pay attention to details, with the ability to
recognize discrepancies.Candidates must have mechanical, hvac and
plumbing construction experience. Specifically within Industrial or
Commercial Construction Settings. Company will not consider
candidates with residential experience. Must have the following
experience: -Mechanical-Plumbing -Fire protection-5 Years of
Project Management within Commercial/ light industrial (no
