The Therapists in our Intensive Home Based program carry a smaller caseload of 6-7 clients providing concentrated mental health services in the clients' home. This therapist will be expected to work on an on-call rotation within the home based team. There is a $1000 retention bonus given every 6 months for this position (Lorain). Therapists at OhioGuidestone work in a variety of settings including clients' homes, in the community, and in the office. The ideal candidate for community counseling will have a genuine passion to work with diverse clientele in a home based setting providing individual and family counseling.

A Master's degree and Ohio LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW or LPCC or IMFT is required. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and safe driving record.
