Job Description:
The Ohio Masonic Communities seeks experienced RN Nurse
Supervisors to oversee nursing staff in Skilled Nursing and
Assisted Living settings. Responsibilities include supervising
around 30 staff per shift, reviewing reports, managing staffing,
assessing residents, monitoring wounds, coordinating pharmacy
deliveries, and ensuring compliance. Requirements include current
Ohio RN licensure, long-term care experience, and supervisory
skills. The role offers a base pay of $30-$39.78/hour plus shift
differentials, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include
