Job Description:
We are seeking full-time and part-time Physical Therapy
Assistants (PTAs) passionate about serving children with special
needs aged 0-21 and their families. Our goal is to help families
cope and develop strategies for more fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities include scheduling with families, planning
activities, providing therapy per plan of care, documenting
treatments, and following supervision guidelines. PTAs will perform
in-person and telehealth visits as needed. Qualifications include a
minimum of a 2-year associate's degree, licensure or certification
in Texas. Benefits offered include competitive pay up to
$85,000/year, PTO, mileage reimbursement, weekly direct deposit,

training, and professional development. This role involves a
flexible schedule Monday to Friday, with work primarily on the
road.
