Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 36.00 Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in specialty areas License: Current licensure by
the state nursing board Certifications: BLS ACLS Basic dysrhythmia
testing competency Must-Have: Must have 2 years of experience in
specialty areas Must be willing to float between ICU and stepdown
This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4
hours, with the potential to be pulled to a new assignment in
4-hour blocks of time 6-week schedules Description: Provides
leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality,
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide,
delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and
families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures
implementation of solutions. Clinical knowledge and analytical
abilities are necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
within the unit or department. Ability to perform a wide variety of
professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate
