Job Description:
Job Description - Must be Board Certified by American
Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - Start Date: ASAP.
Credentialing requires up to 90 days before candidate can start. -
Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.-
Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
(AANA) - Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center - Mix
of 8-10-12 hour shifts with opportunity to transition to longer
shifts if desired. - No on call or weekend shifts - Average number
of patients: Varies - Not accepting new graduates. At least 2 years
CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) is required. -
Not accepting 1099 candidates - Not accepting Locums candidates -
Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and
need to obtain again - Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates - ALL OF
THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. -
Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
(AANA) - REQUIRED - Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty
License (must have in-hand) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS) - Up-to-date
COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) (note in
"Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED - Active BLS,
ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED - Clean
Malpractice/License History - REQUIRED - Does the provider require
visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details"
field) - REQUIRED - Is provider willing to travel to other
ambulatory sites when necessary? (note in "Additional Submission
Details" field) - REQUIRED - At least 2 years CRNA work experience
(not including RN or training) - REQUIRED - Certification
Requirements - AANA - ACLS - BLS - Board Certified - PALS State
License Requirements - Michigan Additional License Requirements -
Up-to-date COVID and annual flu vaccinations; Does the provider
require visa support?; At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not
including RN or training); Willing to travel to other ambulatory
sites when necessary?; Clean Malpractice/License
