working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in

07:30) Description: ALL requirements listed in job description &

made.Minimum of 18 months recent ED experience.Must have 18 mo perm
ED PRIOR to travelMUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN
HANDAHA or American Red Cross ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC in handMUST
have Epic experience*ONE recent references from a manager, ANM,
supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED
to qualify for submission.ECG rhythm recognition test and
safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable
score on both assessments is required.Traveler must work at least

the Cleveland Clinic Health System Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT
experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. Must have a
PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact
licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. *TWO
references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the
specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and
profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments
worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications need to be
ACTIVE with nothing pending. Locals accepted at same BR PBDS
Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate
will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both
assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum
to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are
reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an
open case Facility does not accept any license hits. EFFECTIVE
9/30/22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility
Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until
further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs)
MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug
screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated
annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to
Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed
within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Candidates may
extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month
break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month
break on a case by case basis. Please reach out to the Account
Manager if Client approval is needed Modules: Modules are billable,
max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules
is non-billable Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and
vary by specialty Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, this
only pertains to annual modules required by the facility and
applies to travelers have been on contract for a continuous year.
