$120,000 to $125,000 per year in Aurora, Ohio Clinical Magnet , a
division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Nursing Home
Administrator (NHA) to join our partner's full-time team near
Aurora, Ohio . This opportunity offers great pay, exceptional

is for you! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day to day operations of the
facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring
compliance Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained
for each resident at all times Responsible for the delivery of
clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical,
performance and financial goals Participates in the development and
implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company
Must follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as
current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and
regulations that govern long term care facilities. REQUIRED
PROFICIENCIES Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as
healthcare administration or business administration. Masters
preferred Active, unencumbered LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home
Administrator) license Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home
Administrator in a long term care community or similar supervisory
experience Strong knowledge of reimbursement regulations and
nursing practices and procedures Proven track record of successful
financial management and operational efficiency Passion for
delivering compassionate, personalized care COMPENSATION and
BENEFITS Compensation begins at $119K but can be more based on
