Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry
settings. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status
regularly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on
health management and recovery processes. Utilize evidence-based
practices to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient care activities. Engage in performance
measurement and quality improvement initiatives. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and team members. Adapt to
changing patient needs and healthcare environments effectively.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Ohio with BLS and
ACLS certifications. Strong commitment to ongoing professional
development and training. Experience in medical-surgical and
telemetry nursing settings preferred. Proficient in administering
medications and treatments as prescribed. Familiarity with
evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Ability to
monitor and assess patient vital signs effectively. Effective
communication skills with patients and healthcare team. Experience
with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments. Strong
