Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional? Qualifications and Responsibilities ofSenior Care Therapist Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required. Desire and high levelof commitment for improving quality of life for aging adults. Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA. Prior experiencewith individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements. Ability to travel between Zanesville and Cambridge to work with clients in the community setting.
