and shape how we grow! Key Responsibilities (include but are not
limited to): Provide individual and group therapy sessions for
patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via
telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos. Conduct
comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop
individualized treatment plans, modeling a non-paternalistic and
destigmatizing approach to patient care. Utilize evidence-based
therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT), to support patient recovery. Collaborate with all
clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care
plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants,
and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment
approaches. Support patients in crisis intervention situations and
coordinate higher levels of care when necessary. Maintain thorough
and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and
organizational guidelines. Pioneer innovative ways of improving
access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized
populations. Champion the company's mission by modeling compassion
and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and
communities. Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring
disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery
and overall health. Participate in regular case consultations, team
meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best
practices in SUD treatment. Qualifications LPCC or equivalent
licensure (ICSW, IMFT, etc.), including clinicians currently
obtaining supervised hours toward independent licensure, in Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to individuals with
substance use disorders. Certification in addiction counseling is a
plus. Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care
delivery is a plus. Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications,
and treatment modalities. Ability to effectively interact with
diverse staff, patients, and community members. Excellent
interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a
commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

follows the anticipated schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p
EST. Please note that this schedule may evolve based on
organizational needs, and flexibility may be required as Steadfast
Health continues to grow. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Physical
Requirements The physical demands described here are representative
of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform
the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations

periods during patient sessions, meetings, and daily work
activities. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing,
and handling clinical documentation and materials. Ability to
occasionally lift and carry materials (e.g., patient files,
training supplies) weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to respond
promptly to emergency situations, including providing assistance to
patients in distress or crisis situations. Sufficient visual and
auditory abilities to assess patient needs, read documentation, and
communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Ability to navigate clinic spaces, including patient rooms,
offices, and common areas. Work may involve exposure to high-stress
situations requiring emotional resilience, professionalism, and
