clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity,

models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to
support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician

near Solon, Beachwood, and Shaker Heights with easy highway access

preference Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop
individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide
caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration Ensure
clinical quality, ethical ABA practice, and documentation standards
Support clinic programming and clinical initiatives Qualifications
Active BCBA and COBA Experience with early learners Strong
clinical, leadership, and collaboration skills Commitment to
ethical, family-centered ABA services Compensation & Benefits Base
salary: $80,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience and schedule)
