and staff. We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Job
Coach to join our team! Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00
a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hr (commensurate with
experience) The Job Coach to provide structure and supervise
persons with traumatic brain injuries in a vocational/therapeutic
setting. Job coaches will be required to coach, instruct, and
delegate tasks to TBI associates based on their aptitude and
interests. Applicants that have a proclivity for art, music,
technology, or handy work are preferred. Physical Actions: · The
ability to lift up to 50 pounds · Provide direct care to TBI
associates when necessary · The ability to assist with warehouse
tasks in both heat and cold Education Requirements: · High School
Diploma or equivalent Preferred Traits: · Empathetic · Patient ·
Energetic Experience Requirements: · Greater than or equal to one
year of experience working in human services · Tutoring/Teaching ·
A proclivity for art, music, technology, or handy work is
