Office Manager for our Maumee office. As the Back Office Manager,
you’ll play a key leadership role at the office level, overseeing

Essential Job Functions Define team roles and responsibilities,
ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support
group problem solving Uphold company core values of compassion,

care is provided to every patient Guide patients through the before
and after treatment process Review, implement, and maintain the
company's policies and procedures Order dental supplies and manage
inventory Assist with training and development of back-office staff
At a Glance Experience Required : 3 years as a Dental Assistant or
1 years as a Back Office Manager Job Type: Full-time Compensation
and Schedule Salary: $35.00 depending on experience Bonus Pay: up
to $600 additional per month Schedule: On-site. Monday - Friday
