Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Bucyrus, OH Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $2,200 to $2,300 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Assessment & Monitoring: Perform comprehensive physical assessments and continuous monitoring of vital signs, identifying subtle changes in patient status. Care Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the multidisciplinary team (physicians, physical therapists, social workers) to ensure a seamless plan of care. Medication Administration: Safely administer oral, IV, and subcutaneous medications, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Wound Care & Post-Op Management: Manage surgical drains, dressings, and incisions; provide specialized care for chronic conditions like diabetes or COPD. Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions to reduce readmission rates. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent/consecutive experience in MS-Tele in a hospital/acute care setting. Knowledge of medication scanning is required. Travel experience is required. BLS & ACLS are required.
