Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide
specialized support to K-12 students in a school setting located in
Dearborn Heights, MI. This travel position involves working onsite
for the remainder of the current semester with the possibility of
an extension into the next school year. Responsibilities: Deliver
direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12,
addressing individual needs as outlined in their individualized
education programs (IEPs). Collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to develop and implement therapeutic goals that
enhance student participation and success in school activities.
Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track
progress to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Utilize evidence-based practices to support sensory, motor, and
functional skill development. Qualifications: Current Occupational
Therapy licensure in Michigan is required. Experience working
within school systems, particularly with K-12 student populations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively
with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work onsite and travel to
the assigned location in Dearborn Heights, MI. This role offers the
