seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
About the Facility Location Toledo is filled with museums, parks,
breweries, a casino, and an aquarium. All of these are within the
city limits and are easy to get to on car or public transit. About
the Clinician's Workday Credentialing takes approximately 30 days
for this full-time Monday-Friday position, with hours from 8:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The provider will see an average of 2.5 patients
per hour, caring for a male-only patient population, and must be
board eligible or board certified with an active Ohio state
license, DEA, and BLS. The role includes full on-site staff
support. Additional Job Details - Case Load/PPD: 2.5 per hour -
Patient Population: Adults - Location Type: On-Site - Prescriptive
