As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent execution of all back-of-house systems and ensuring profitability through quality training, coaching, and follow-through. Your knowledge of kitchen operations will be put to the test as you oversee manage all stations and ensure line quality standards. You will also need to have a good understanding of front-of-house operations to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining room. Responsibilities: Maintain consistent execution of all back-of-house systems Ensure profitability through quality training, coaching, and follow-through Oversee Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line quality standards Utilize knowledge of kitchen operations Understand front-of-house operations for smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room Requirements: 1 years of management experience required. 1 years of full-service restaurant management experience required. 1 years of BOH experience required. 1 years of scratch kitchen cooking experience Knowledge of inventory and budgeting required. Chef experience preferred.
