Job Skills / Requirements Summit Building Services is looking for
an experienced area manager in the East Cleveland, Painesville and
Shaker Heights regions to grow with our team. You'd be working five
days weekly from 4pm-12:30am. Weekend availability is required.
Starting salary range is $50,000-$65,000. This position is eligible
for PTO, health insurance reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and
bonus opportunities You must have reliable transportation to get to
and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.
Job Duties Include: Work with employees to handle all client
requests or complaints in a timely manner Supervise, train,
motivate, and develop team members Work with HR to ensure all jobs
are properly staffed and trained Arrange for coverage in the event
of an employee absence Disciplinary action and/ or termination of
employees when necessary Perform regular inspections of buildings
to ensure that specifications are being met Correct deficiencies in
buildings whenever necessary Complete work tickets Send daily
reports to Operations Manager Recommendation of special project
work when needed Order, track and maintain supply inventory.
Deliver supplies upon employee request Complete ongoing education
to gain competency in their position Carry out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and
