We are hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! As a part of our family-owned company, you'll work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep our customers comfortable year-round. Plan for Your Future : We offer a 401(K) plan with 3% employer contribution Position : HVAC Service Technician Working Hours : Monday through Friday, 7:30-3:30pm, with limited on-call responsibility Pay : $28.00 - 33.00 per hour, depending on experience spiffs Duties: Perform troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems. Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options. Make product and repair recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand. What We're Looking For : 3 or more years of residential or commercial HVAC service experience. EPA Certification, NATE certification or other industry-related training Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
