Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Wooster, Ohio. This is
a weekend night shift working Friday and Saturday 6 PM 6 AM. The
Assembler will be responsible for preparing and operating machines,
monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards, and
assisting with basic maintenance. Pay: $20.35 while temporary. Key
Responsibilities: * Set up machines by installing tools and
configuring parameters per work orders. * Monitor production runs
and resolve issues to maintain efficiency and product quality. *
Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and
guidelines. * Inspect finished parts for accuracy, identify
defects, and properly dispose of defective components. * Support
troubleshooting and preventive maintenance efforts. * Follow all
safety and production regulations, ensuring proper use of PPE at
all times. Qualifications: Required: * High school diploma or GED
equivalent. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in
English. * Previous experience operating machinery in a
manufacturing environment. * Strong attention to detail and visual
accuracy. * Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects as needed. *
Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Preferred: * 1 year of machine operating experience in
manufacturing. * Familiarity with power tools. * Ability to read
