Business Analyst - Direct Hire
Location: Westlake, OH
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 total (includes base salary + bonus)

Genesis10 is actively seeking a Business Analyst for a Direct Hire/Permanent opportunity with an award-winning company based in Westlake, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive product roadmaps by leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users.


Develop and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Sprint environment.


Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals.


Support project teams through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).


Contribute to process improvements and overall product strategy.



Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly in Agile software development environments.


Strong background in facilitating meetings, eliciting requirements, and documenting user stories.


Familiarity with writing or interpreting SQL queries to support data validation and reporting needs.


Experience in the payments industry (B2B or B2C) is highly desirable.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
