Primary Responsibilities: Gather comprehensive assignment details from customers to align customer requirements with employee skills, delivering effective customer service. Fulfill customer staffing needs by matching job requests with qualified employees. Monitor employee attendance and performance through phone, computer, and metrics programs. Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints. Coach and counsel associates to ensure top-notch performance. Recruitment activities. Qualifications: Must possess a reliable vehicle, with a valid driver's license & clean driving record. Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities. Effective communication skills with clear and concise language/grammar. Professional dress & demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills. Initiative-taking, self-motivated mindset. Team-oriented, patient, and calm under pressure, thriving in both independent and collaborative environments. Willingness to travel to customer and prospect sites. Also will be required to work in our Coshocton office on an as-needed basis. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel, Typing.
