Job Description Job Description Kessler Insurance Group is one of the fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the region. In July of 2024, our agency managed $2.2 million in total premium. Today, we manage over $10.7 million and we continue to grow. That growth is intentional. We are building a structured sales organization with clear career paths, leadership development, and measurable performance standards. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) as the entry point into our sales organization. This is an unlicensed role designed to develop future Licensed Sales Consultants. High performers will have the opportunity to be promoted within the first 90 days, including paid training and sponsorship to obtain their insurance license. Once licensed and promoted, you transition into a full-time Licensed Sales Consultant role with higher base pay and uncapped commission. This is not a stagnant role. It is a launch point into a long-term sales career with leadership upside. Compensation & Growth Path Sales Development Representative (Unlicensed): Base salary: $35,000 per year Performance-based commission opportunities Promotion opportunity within the first 90 days for high performers Paid licensing training upon promotion Licensed Sales Consultant (Post-Promotion): Base salary: $40,000 per year Uncapped commission structure First-year consultants commonly earn $65,000$85,000 total compensation Top-performing sales consultants earn $100,000$140,000 annually Compensation is performance-driven. There is no cap on earnings for high producers.
