On The, OH is looking for one part time morning baker to join our 9
person strong team. We are located on 7300 Center St. Our ideal
candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities 3 - 4 shifts per week. Some Shifts begin between 5
am to 6 am daily. Must be available to work weekends. The job of a
Baker is NOT a delicate job, it is physically demanding.
Professional bakery experience and/or formal school training is
required. We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm and talent
for baking and other kitchen duties include prepping and making of
buttercreams and other fillings while at the same time someone who
can withstand the demands of the labor involved. Responsibilities
may include, but are not limited to: (in no particular order) *high
volume commercial baking *Flexibility when it comes to schedule
(Orders often can come in last minute so schedules often have to be
juggled!) *Mix, prepare, and bake cupcakes as well as other
pastries *Operate large baking equipment *Participate in the
receiving, and stocking of all bakery ingredients and products *
Prep and make frostings *Work with both hand frosting as well as
pastry bag application *Custom decoration of cupcakes *kitchen
duties & general clean up and organization *Packing and boxing
orders of cupcakes *Working solo *All candidates must meet have the
ability to lift at least 50lbs. Preferred *frosting and decorating
experience (Although baking experience is much more important
excellent decorating skills are welcome) *A person who thrives in a
fast paced environment *Exceptional Multitasker *Sweet tooth
