(Part-Time | High School) Madison Heights, MI | 2025–2026 School
Year AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Speech-Language
Pathologist to support high school students three days per week in
a highly supportive and clinician-focused district. This role
primarily serves students at Lamphere High School, with a small
non-public placement component supporting one student currently
receiving direct therapy. This position is part of one of
AnthroMed’s strongest district partnerships, known for
collaboration, reasonable caseloads, and leadership that truly
values and renews its clinicians. About the Role: Schedule:
Part-time (3 days per week) Caseload: High school Hours:
Approximately 7:15–2:30 Flexible schedule: Open to full or half
days Well-supported role: Multiple district-based SLPs and social
workers This caseload is currently being supported by other SLPs in
the district who are doing great work. The goal of this role is to
rebalance workloads and provide continued high-quality services.
Student Population: Students in ASD, CI, EI (limited to 1–2
students), and SLD programs Some speech-only students Minimal AAC
use Team & Support: 2 district-based SLPs plus an additional SLP
hired directly by the district Multiple social workers embedded
within the district Strong collaboration and ongoing support A
district known for treating clinicians well and prioritizing
sustainability Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language
therapy services aligned with IEPs Conduct evaluations,
assessments, and progress monitoring Collaborate with educators,
families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings
and team discussions Use evidence-based practices to guide
intervention Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language
Pathology Michigan SLP license or eligibility School-based
experience preferred Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development Strong
communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45 - $60/hour, based on experience (paid weekly) AnthroMed
