Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily operations by manually moving freight, materials, and products throughout the facility. This role involves physical labor, organization of materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. This position does not involve operating powered material-moving equipment. Key Responsibilities ·Manually move freight, stock materials, debris, and products throughout the facility ·Load and unload tractor trailers using overhead cranes ·Restack pallets and organize materials as needed ·Package materials for shipment ·Maintain accurate identifying tags and labels on all materials ·Band materials together using steel banding ·Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly at all times ·Follow safety procedures and facility guidelines Basic Requirements ·Eligible to be legally employed in the United States ·High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent ·Ability to pass a basic math test, including tape measure usage ·Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and make decisions to complete assigned tasks ·Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently bend, lift, and move throughout the facility Physical Requirements ·Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting ·Ability to perform continuous physical labor in an industrial environment IND2
